Free Consultation

15-20 minute complementary consultation

This time gives us a chance to connect, discuss concerns, and explore goals. You’ll share what you’re noticing, and I’ll offer initial impressions along with recommendations for next steps.

My goal is for you to feel supported, informed, and confident

IEP Guidance Package

For parents who want clarity, strategy, and confidence navigating the IEP process

Includes:

  • Initial consultation and intake

  • Comprehensive independent IEP and/or assessment report review

  • Collaborative session to review findings, recommendations, and next steps

  • Up to 2 parent-directed communications with the IEP team
    (support with emails, messaging, or scripting requests)

Investment: $450–$550

Evaluations

(Comprehensive speech & language and/or cognitive evaluation available for all ages. Includes assessment, written report, and results review)

  • Starting at $250

Full IEP Support & Advocacy Package

For parents who want hands-on support and professional
guidance throughout the IEP process

Includes:

  • Initial consultation and intake

  • Comprehensive independent IEP review

  • In-depth strategy session to review findings and recommendations

  • Attendance at one IEP meeting (up to 75 minutes)

  • Post-meeting debrief and next-step planning

  • Up to 3 parent-directed communications with the IEP team
    (support with emails, messaging, or scripting requests)

Investment: $650–$750

Schools & Organizations

Speech & Life Wellness offers contract-based services for schools, organizations, and community groups. Services are customized based on scope, setting, and duration.

Services may include:

  • Direct and/or consultative language and speech services

  • IEP input, writing, attendance, and support

  • Staff training and professional development

  • Program consultation or collaboration

Rates:

Contract services are offered at starting at $110 per hour, with final rates determined based on scope, preparation time, location, and length of contract.

Custom proposals and quotes are available.

Custom Packages

Some clients and families prefer to bundle services together for added continuity and convenience. Custom packages are available and are created thoughtfully based on individual needs and goals.

Packages may include:

  • A prepaid set number of therapy or coaching sessions

  • Support across multiple steps
    (such as IEP preparation, meetings, and follow-up, plus private coaching or speech therapy sessions)

  • A combination of services designed to work together

Rates:

When appropriate, packages may be offered at a reduced rate compared to booking sessions individually.
